The focus among buyers is not so narrowly centered around the city anymore. Increasingly, buyers want better Quality of life. This shift has had its impact on the "location" aspect. Nowhere is this trend more noticeble than along the beach communities west of Panama City.

Anyone who bought along the beach last year has seen the value of their property easily double in value. The rush is on. There is only so much beach available. And, there is only so much nice beach within a reasonable commute from the city.
